PLN 20: Superbowl

The Superbowl is a very popular event all around the world. Everyone loves rooting for their favorite team all season and hoping that they will make it to the Superbowl. Only two teams make it to the Superbowl every year. It is a very exiting time if your favorite team happens to make it there. The reason I think this is important is because it is always important to have that time to wind down and just have fun. If people don't have that time to relax many people wouldn't be as happy. This would make people less healthy because if they didn't have this time they would have much more stress. Many people would agree with me on this subject.Everyone always needs to have their own "fun" stress relieving time. For many people one of these times is during the Superbowl. The Superbowl is a very fun exiting time for most people.

PLN 19 Reflection

The video we watched in class was about our generation. It talked about how much of our generation is to depressed and hopeless. It talked about how people need to be more optimistic and hopeful. This video was a very important video because it tells me and everyone else that you should always be optimistic and stop being so sad and depressed. Many bad things can happen when people are depressed. This was important to the rest of the world because when people are depressed they need something or someone to help get them back into the optimistic mood. This video was good because it told people to be happy and stop being so depressed. This helps the whole world by telling our generation to lighten up.

(PLN 18) Change

The video we watched in school was about how much the world has changed. It talked about all the new types of technology we have earned over many years. There were young kids in the video talking about the way there lives had changed to symbolize how young people would live there lives and get used to the technology they had no matter how much and then by the time they had grown up they had twice the amount of technology and the new tech they had was much more sophisticated than the old technology. This video was important to me and the rest of the world because it displays how important our technology is and shows everyone how fast the world is changing.

Three Item Intro

My first item is my dog whisper. She is a big part of my life, and explains me, because she has been around for my whole life and is a great friend and companion. Whisper is important to me because she is a very loyal friend. She has always been there for me, especially in my times of need. She is happy and content and trys to make me happy. She is a true friend. No matter how I treat her, she will always come back to me with love. Whisper is important in my life, because she is a great companion and friend. There are times I need someone or something to just be there. and be understanding and have unconditinal love. Whisper gives me this.

My second item is my ipod. My ipod is a big part of my life because I love music. I played the trombone in middle school and really enjoyed it. I enjoy hearing and playing music. Listening to music relaxes me and helps me to concentrate. It helps me to shut out the world around me. All the noises and activities that are going on. It provides me with a peaceful and quiet place to escape. Music just makes life more enjoyable.

My third item is a stuffed monkey. This monkey looks just like a monkey my dad had as a little boy. This explains me because I love monkeys. I have liked them since I was very young. I used to collect monkeys and have several of them. The monkey that looks like my dads old one was given to me by my aunt. She gave it to me because she thinks I look like my dad when he was young. I think I like monkeys because they seem to be carefree and goofy. They seem to just enjoy life. I am a pretty carefree person. This is why I think monkeys explain me.
